Athulya constructions is formed in the year 2006 with an intention to construct houses with quality and assurance with highest satisfaction to customers. After forming the company Athulya Constructions, the CEO and Head Mr. Ramesh found that the dream of houses to middle class is day by day becoming a mirage because of very high cost of house site.
Athulya Constructions, in the year 2007 started developing plots and construction of houses to match different pocket sizes and with a slogan 'house for all.' The company is developing projects which are located near bus stops, schools, colleges and main junction points in Erode city.
All the projects are approved by statutory authority and have good drainage facility. The minimum cost of the site starts from 3.5 lakhs and site with buildings cost around 9 lakhs onwards.
The concrete structure of the buildings is tested and certified by way of cube test conducted by Grasim industries.
Loans for buildings will also be organised by us by reputed financial institutions to ease the customers.
